Focusing on B2B audiences, this workshop will be run by James from The Growth Consultancy and will explore the practical steps required to understand who your ideal customers are and what it is they really want. You can then use this knowledge to develop better products, more compelling value propositions and content people want to engage with.

James has been helping businesses attract and win more clients for over 15 years. Prior to setting up his own consultancy business he held board-level commercial and client relationships roles in the marketing world.
