Develop your growth strategies
The masterclasses are an intensive course to strengthen leadership skills so you can set your organisation on track for attainable long-term growth.

You will focus on the strategies to stabilise, strengthen and grow your business, working on the main priorities and finding your way forward.

It will help you define your objectives, new business initiatives and put a plan into place for recovery and growth.

Ahead of your masterclass, you will be invited to an initial 1-2-1 diagnostic meeting. In the meeting you will identify areas of improvement to focus on in the masterclass.
Who is it for?

Growth Curve is for business owners and directors to develop their leadership skills, challenge and evolve their business growth plans.

To be eligible for Growth Curve, your business needs to:
1. Be based in the South East Midlands – Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes or Northamptonshire
2. Have between 3-250 employees
3. Have a current annual turnover of £200,000 with projections to grow (due to current circumstances we can review previous years data for this requirement)
