Introducing and practicing the fundamental human skill of critical thinking, lateral thinking and problem solving. The basic building blocks of human intelligence.

This is a highly interactive 2 hour in person workshop, fusing process and creativity bringing two powerful elements of performance together to achieve greater impact.

Creativity is a uniquely human attribute, generating ideas, communicating detail, exploring the unconventional and realising valuable potential.

Process, applies selective logic to ensure precision and consistency.

In the workshop

• To be creative, delegates will write a short story
• To apply process, delegates learn and practise structured methods of work.

For delegates looking to grow their business – new products are needed. This workshop can improve peoples ability to achieve the unconventional and ability to think differently to create new ideas.
