Stratton Business Park in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, is reaping the benefits of work by an activist council. The scheme is enjoying strong rental growth thanks to Central Bedfordshire Council’s decision to create a Local Development Order (LDO) for the park in 2015, and build some of the enabling infrastructure.
